Camp awaits evacuees
DAVIS -- Deep in southern Oklahoma's Arbuckle mountains, a mini-city is forming, with a portable post office, highway patrol, medical clinic and anything else it will take to bring comfort and care to some 3,000 displaced from Gulf Coast communities.
