Judge refuses recusal in trial of ex-colleague

BRISTOW - The judge overseeing the indecent exposure trial of former colleague Donald Thompson refused to disqualify himself Tuesday, despite a defense attorney's claim that he and "every judge in this state" have broken one of the laws Thompson is charged with violating.
