Coaches can challenge one play per game

When Bob Stoops disagrees with a call this season, he can do more than argue with officials or burn a timeout in hopes the play will be reviewed.

The NCAA is giving Stoops and every other Division I-A college football coach the right to challenge one call per game and request that it be reviewed by instant replay.
