Speedy Claxton signs with Atlanta
Speedy Claxton will not return to the Hornets next season after the reserve point guard on Monday agreed to a four-year, $25 million deal with the Atlanta Hawks , according to his agent, Bill Duffy .
NBA rules prohibit Claxton from signing with the Hawks until July 12, when the free agent signing period begins.
