Since his Sooners won the Holiday Bowl , Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops has reloaded his football roster with another strong recruiting class, soared with the Blue Angels , vacationed in Sweden and Russia and shared a lineup with some of the nation’s top motivational speakers, including Rudolph Giuliani .
