Murder charge dropped
POTEAU --
A murder charge against a Talihina woman was dropped in Le Flore County District Court in Poteau after medical records showed she was abused by the victim, an assistant district attorney said Tuesday.
The case was dismissed in "the best interest of justice," according to court records.
