Felons can vote again; many don’t know rules
For years, Rick Foreman was told that as a felon he would never be allowed to vote again.
First he heard it from prison guards and fellow inmates, then from workers at several tag agencies. He even received mixed messages from county election boards.
Finally, Foreman said he contacted the American Civil Liberties Union , and law books were searched.
