$400,000 Powerball ticket claimed right before deadline

A trust claimed a $400,000 Powerball ticket Wednesday one day before the ticket was to expire.

The winner, whose identity was not revealed, purchased the ticket at a QuikTrip convenience store in Tulsa . State law does not prohibit a trust from claiming a winning lottery ticket.
