City changes code regarding dangerous pets

The last time the Oklahoma City animal code was revised was in 1981 -- the year I was born. It was time for an update. The city council approved some major changes Tuesday, and more could be on the way.

The big change affects "dangerous animals" and their owners. Dangerous animals, which attack people or other animals, are now illegal.
