• Ticked off: OSU leads the Big 12 in overall special teams but associate head coach Joe DeForest , who coaches special teams, is extremely upset that special teams has contributed to two conference losses.

Kansas State scored two touchdowns on special teams, one on a kickoff return, another on a blocked punt. In the overtime loss to Texas A&M , two blocked extra points were pivotal.
