Hartley on Groza watch list
Oklahoma placekicker Garrett Hartley is one of 20 semifinalists for the Lou Groza Award , presented annually to the nation's best collegiate kicker, the Palm Beach County Sports Institute and Sports Commission announced Wednesday.
