You've been a part of several Big 12 Championship teams. What makes this one different from the rest?

I'm a senior, man. The other ones, you just kind of say I was just riding in the passenger seat. But this year, I felt like I contributed, either feeding the energy of the team or being a leader.

Is it hard to get up for Boise State?

No. Boise State has been pretty good these last couple of years. We think that they deserve a shot and they're a Division I team also. So, we can't underestimate them.

Excited about a January vacation in Phoenix?

Definitely. I've actually been to Arizona one time and I love the weather down there. We knew if we got through tonight that we would get rewarded.
