City group investing in cancer center
High-tech treatment facility planned by 2009
An Oklahoma City group led by energy executive Aubrey McClendon has invested $35 million in a company that plans to bring a high-tech cancer treatment center to Oklahoma by 2009, officials said Tuesday.
McClendon, chairman and chief executive officer of Chesapeake Energy Corp. , made the investment in ProCure Treatment Centers Inc. through McClendon Venture Co. LLC .
