Plea deal OK'd in child pornography case
NORMAN — A Cleveland County judge Wednesday agreed to abide by a plea agreement between prosecutors and a defense attorney in the case of a man charged with 10 felony counts of possessing child pornography.
District Judge Tom Lucas sentenced Roy Michael Lower, 45, to five years in prison on one count and five-year suspended sentences on each of the remaining nine counts.
