Prototype Neighborhood Market opens
Wal-Mart on Wednesday opened a newly designed Neighborhood Market in Tulsa .
The store, 4720 E 21st St., is the first in the United States and will serve as a prototype for the 15 to 20 Neighborhood Market stores the company plans to build in the next year.
