Victim's sister welcomes two arrests
Police say they used a store's surveillance video to identify suspects in slaying.
A gut feeling had told Marci Johnson to check on her 34-year-old brother, John Tarver.
On Feb. 12, after not hearing from him for several days, Johnson found him lying motionless and face down in his home, his head bloodied.
"It has been a tough week,” said Johnson, who buried her brother Friday. "He was a nice guy ... a good brother.”
