Grand jury: Auditor confirms travels
State Auditor and Inspector Jeff McMahan acknowledged Wednesday he took three trips with an abstract company owner now under federal grand jury investigation.
The confirmation comes two days after McMahan's spokeswoman insisted he took only one trip with Steve Phipps.
