Commissioner arraigned on charges

Oklahoma County Commissioner Brent Rinehart and his former campaign manager, Tim Pope , turned themselves in this morning at the Oklahoma County Courthouse to face illegal campaign financing allegations.

They had their initial arraignment before Judge Russell Hall , in his private chambers, before going to the Oklahoma County jail for booking. Bail was set at $24,000 for each.
