Tuition bill seeks limits on book costs
A bill to lock college tuition for resident students will now include restrictions on the price of textbooks, a Republican lawmaker said Thursday.
House Bill 2013 would require all public universities and colleges in Oklahoma to offer in-state students an option to participate in a guaranteed tuition rate plan.
