Bookout has no regrets competing in two sports at OU

NORMAN — There's no way to know how Kevin Bookout 's track and field career would have turned out if not for basketball. Bookout, a senior shot putter and discus thrower for the Sooners , has an idea.

"I probably wouldn't even be here. I'd probably be a pro,” Bookout said. "I'd be throwing a lot further.”
