City man convicted in child porn case
An Oklahoma City man was convicted in federal court in Oklahoma City on Thursday of producing child pornography.
Authorities had accused Michael Dean Helton of filming an 11-year-old girl with a camera hidden in his bathroom in 2005, but his attorney argued he was not guilty of the charge because the video did not show the girl in a lascivious manner.
