Albertsons plans to sell 23 Oklahoma stores and close three others, the company announced today.

Four members of Associated Wholesale Grocers, a grocery distributor and co-op, will buy the stores.
Edmond-based Homeland Inc.will purchase six stores in the Oklahoma City area and one in Muskogee. The stores are at:

Springfield-based RPCS Inc. will acquire nine supermarkets and three convenience stores in the Tulsa market. The RPCS stores will be:
