The NCAA Committee on Infractions is made of attorneys, athletic personnel and professors from schools across the country.

Here are the members of the committee who reviewed Oklahoma's case:

•Paul T. Dee, athletic director (University of Miami): Acting chair and committee spokesman in the OU infractions case, Dee has served as Miami AD since 1993. Dee is seen as the main factor in Miami distancing itself from a spotty infractions history.

•Brian Holloran, attorney (Malibu, Calif.): Holloran serves as one of the committee's two coordinators of appeals. In OU's case, Holloran sat on the committee as a non-deliberating member. Holloran will represent the infractions committee as OU appeals two elements of the NCAA penalty.

•Eileen Jennings, general counsel (University of Central Michigan): A former board member with the National Association of College and University Attorneys, Jennings has served as general counsel at Central Michigan for 24 years.

•Jim Lechner Jr., attorney (Westfield, N.J.): A former federal district judge, Alfred "Jim” Lechner serves as one of the committee's three required representatives from the general

public.
