Senate Committee endorses Oklahoma City attorney for judgeship

WASHINGTON — The full Senate can now consider the nomination of attorney Timothy D. DeGiusti to be a federal judge in Oklahoma City . The Senate Judiciary Committee endorsed DeGiusti's nomination on today without objection.

A vote by the full Senate will likely come in the next few weeks.
