Blevins, 51, suffered fainting spells and nausea. He was taken to St. Francis Hospital, and Blevins said tests revealed some possible heart complications. The former University of Oklahoma football and basketball player spent several hours in the emergency room. Blevins said doctors asked him to stay 24 hours for observation, but he checked out of the hospital.

Blevins told the Tulsa World: "I've had 21 surgeries in my life, and I hate hospitals. They (physicians) think something is going on, and they want to nail it down. But this (tournament) is huge. I'm not going to be in a hospital bed when Tiger Woods is in our back yard.”

Dean, get well man. Tiger's not worth risking your life walking around Southern Hills in this heat! WAY too macho...
