The two companies recently formed C.B. Franchise Systems LLC and will begin the first expansion phase by focusing on neighborhood regional markets, spokesman Whitney VinZant said.

Local entrepreneurs and brothers Mark, Eric, Brad and Gary Blevins developed the quick-casual sandwich concept and opened their first City Bites in Oklahoma City in 1986.

They now have more than 19 locations in the greater Oklahoma City area.

Burke and Grow is owned and operated by Jim Burke and Brad Grow, formerly president and chief financial officer of Eateries Inc.
