Oklahoma State's Adarius Bowman was SI's top Big 12 player.
SI also released its bowl predictions, with the Sooners projecting to meet defending national champion Florida in the BCS's Sugar Bowl.
Security blanket: Starting quarterback Sam Bradford hasn't thrown a pass in a game yet, but he may already have a favorite target in Kelly.
"When you see No. 4 out there one-on-one, you got to like your chances,” said Bradford, who was named the starter last week. "After you see him on film, you think, ‘How did he catch that?'
"It's definitely easy to have confidence to know you have him there.”
No-name ‘Canes: Coach Bob Stoops announced earlier this month that player names on the back of jerseys would return to OU this year after going a year without them.
But the Sooners' second-week opponent is doing just the opposite.
Miami coach Randy Shannon has said that this season the Hurricanes won't have player names on the back of their jerseys.
