The Big 12's first ban is set to start July 1
Oklahoma State University officials announced Tuesday that most of the Stillwater campus will become tobacco-free on July 1.
OSU will be the first school in the Big 12 to ban smoking and smokeless tobacco, university officials said.

Tobacco use still will be permitted in one 120-bed residence hall and in 128 family housing units. Also, several outdoor "smoking shelters”...
