Trooper's slayer gets new chance in court
The state Court of Criminal Appeals ordered a new sentencing trial Friday for a man sentenced to death for killing Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper Nikky Joe Green on Dec. 26, 2003, in Cotton County .
