NORMAN — In 1986, the Miami Hurricanes firmly cemented their reputation as college football's renegades.

In the middle of a pregame function with Penn State at the Fiesta Bowl , the Hurricanes unzipped their sweat suits, revealing army fatigues, and walked out — signaling their were going to war with the Nittany Lions.

Ever since, the Hurricanes haven't been able to shake their bad-boy image.
