Relearning everything
Tegan Corr's father told the Enid News and Eagle that his son spent 32 days in the hospital, 13 of which were spent on life support. Kevin Corr said Tegan has undergone weekly physical therapy since he has been able to, and is having to relearn "basically everything.”

"He didn't crawl until just recently,” he said of the now 15-month-old boy.

Kimberly D. Coulter, 22, was charged Tuesday in Garfield County District Court with one count of child abuse. Coulter is accused of shaking a boy who was in her care, according to an affidavit signed by Enid police Detective Quent Tubbs.

An investigation into Coulter's home day care found that she was operating illegally, said Mary Leaver, a state Department of Human Services spokeswoman.

DHS also suspected child abuse, which was turned over to the district attorney's office in May.

Coulter agreed to cease operating an unlicensed day care center Dec.
