Pizzeria cooks up new concept

Wedged in between all the places to go on North Western’s Restaurant Row is one of the city’s newest neighborhood pizzerias.

Serving rustic Italian cuisine with the goal of being simple, fresh and healthy, The Wedge, which opened in May, serves much of its food with organic produce grown in Oklahoma and organic, Italian-cured meats.
