Plant set for ethanol by 2009
Mainline Fuels LLC and its partner ICM Inc. of Colwich , Kan. , on Thursday announced plans for an $80 million ethanol plant to be operational in Guymon by spring 2009.
The plant is the sixth ethanol facility proposed in the state, but it could be the second to become operational.
