Two Oklahoma pass plays in Saturday's 27-24 loss to Colorado were reviewed by the replay booth during the second half. And both calls eventually went against the Sooners.
OU coach Bob Stoops refrained from commenting on either play.
"I'm not gonna get into it,” he said. "What's that gonna do?”
On the first play, receiver Juaquin Iglesias had one hand on the ball as Colorado's Terrance Wheatley intercepted a Sam Bradford pass. The players fell to the ground, and Iglesias eventually came out of the pile with the ball. But the video did not definitively show if Iglesias and Wheatley each possessed the ball or if Iglesias gained possession after the play ended.
Later, Iglesias was ruled to have caught a pass that would have given OU a first down with 3:10 left to play. But the replay official reversed the call, ruling that there was conclusive evidence that the ball hit the ground.
Two plays later, OU was forced to punt, setting up Colorado's game-winning drive.
•Reynolds update:OU defensive coordinator Brent Venables said linebacker Ryan Reynolds is "fine” after playing through a shoulder injury Saturday.
"He's just a little bit sore,” Venables said.
Reynolds had numbness in his right arm after getting hit by another player's helmet. The sophomore weak-side linebacker missed only a few plays during the fourth quarter.
When he was out, strong-side linebacker Lewis Baker shifted to Reynolds' position.
