State launches inquiry into fund
The Oklahoma Department of Securities has opened an investigation into a local venture capital firm that is promoting a controversial state tax credit program.
Irving L. Faught , state Securities Department administrator, described the investigation of Foxborough Funding LLC as "technical” in nature and said he expects it to be resolved fairly quickly.
