Ex-teacher faces jail time over Web entry

A former Oklahoma City teacher was sent to jail Friday for five days, but it wasn't enough for the family of the teenage girl he is accused of sexually assaulting.

James Leroy Ellis Jr. , 56, is charged with 31 counts of rape, sodomy and lewd acts with a child involving a 13-year-old student.
