Enid man found drowned at Sooner Lake
RED ROCK — The body of a 60-year-old Enid man who apparently drowned while fishing was recovered from Sooner Lake yesterday.
Frederick Douglass McMullen left home at daybreak Saturday to go fishing, but when he didn't return that night, his relatives called emergency officials, then drove to Canton Lake , where they thought he was fishing, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
