Judge dismisses immigration law challenge

TULSA — Hispanic groups seeking to block implementation of a state law aimed at illegal immigrants suffered a setback Monday when a federal judge threw out their lawsuit.

U.S. District Judge James Payne dismissed the filing, finding that none of the plaintiffs in the case had been injured by the law and therefore have no standing to sue.
