Appeals court reverses strip club ruling
A state appellate court has ruled an ordinance approved by the city of Enid regulating who can enter or work in strip clubs is invalid.
The Court of Civil Appeals in Tulsa ruled the ordinance conflicts with state law. The ordinance prevented anyone younger than 21 from entering or working in a strip club.
