Holiday closings

Veterans Day is Sunday, but federal and state offices will observe the holiday Monday.

What's affected:

Federal offices: Closed Monday.

State offices: Closed Monday.

County courthouses: Closed Monday.

City offices: Oklahoma City municipal offices will be closed, but other municipalities may choose to stay open. Ada will close its city offices and trash service.

U.S. Postal Service: Post offices will be closed, and regular mail delivery will be suspended Monday.

Banks: Closed Monday.

Public schools: Oklahoma City Schools will hold classes as usual. The holiday isn't considered a state holiday for schools, but some individual schools may opt to close. Colleges: The University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University will be open and will hold regular classes.
