More losses, earlier exit?
Bad start by Sonics could help move team to Oklahoma City faster

Maybe the Seattle SuperSonics ' record-setting start will help expedite the team's relocation to Oklahoma City .

The Sonics are 0-8 record, the worst start in franchise history.

With Sonics ownership and the city of Seattle in a testy lawsuit over the existing lease at KeyArena , perhaps having the league's worst team will soften Seattle's hardheaded stance against the Sonics leaving town two years early.
