Ericka Leigh Sheridan, 36, Edmond, was named in a complaint of attempting to obtain drugs by forged prescription.

Charges are pending in Oklahoma County District Court.

A pharmacist became suspicious when the prescription was called in, according to an Edmond police report.

The pharmacist called the Crescent doctor named on the prescription, who said the prescription had been forged and to call the police when the person came to pick it up, the report stated. The prescription was for Darvocet, a painkiller.

Sheridan later told police she was taking between 20 to 30 Darvocet pills daily, according to the police report.
