Rinehart falls under grand jury scrutiny

Oklahoma County Commissioner Brent Rinehart is under investigation, accused of plotting to misuse county funds to pay for plans for a controversial bridge.

Three of his employees testified Tuesday before the state's multicounty grand jury.
