Whole new bowl game for Sooners
OU tries to buck recent trend of January losses

NORMAN — Last Saturday, Oklahoma continued its domination of the Big 12 , winning its fifth conference football title under Bob Stoops .

On Jan. 2, against West Virginia in the Fiesta Bowl , the Sooners will have an opportunity to reverse a recent trend of contrary distinction — losing in bowl games.
