After slow start, Cowboys roll
Oklahoma State started second half with 23-7 run to overcome poor first half performance

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State overcame a half of poor shooting and generally ugly basketball to beat Texas A&M-Corpus Christi 60-46 on Wednesday night at Gallagher-Iba Arena .
