Coburn blocks homebuyers' bill
WASHINGTON — President Bush 's plan to deal with the nation's mortgage crisis has run into a tough obstacle — Sen. Tom Coburn .
Coburn, R-Muskogee, is blocking the Senate from using a fast-track process to pass a bill that would allow more homeowners to get FHA loans.
