Utility companies assess damage
More than 400,000 utility customers are without power in Oklahoma right now, state emergency management officials say.
Daylight brought the first opportunity for utility companies to assess their damage.
"This is a huge storm that carried a gigantic wallop, and it hit us right in the stomach," says Andrea Chancellor , spokeswoman for PSO Oklahoma.
