Weather retains icy grip on state
From the state Department of Emergency Management:
Higher temperatures today have helped to improve driving conditions across most of the state, according to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation .
In the Panhandle, however, temperatures remain below freezing, with Cimarron County reporting light snow earlier this morning.
