Councilman gives credit to one voter

Skip Kelly credits one voter and a taxi driver with winning him his new position as Oklahoma City 's city councilman representing Ward 7.

The polls were about to close on an icy Dec. 11 election day when Kelly said he got a call from the granddaughter of Lulla Johnson , 77. The woman said her grandmother wanted to vote for him, but couldn't get out in the ice.
