Speed the key for Mountaineers

GLENDALE , Ariz. — Was West Virginia 's offense a bad matchup for Oklahoma defense?

After all, the Mountaineers averaged 292.9 rushing yards a game. But in the Fiesta Bowl , there was no way they could reach that total against a fast, physical OU defense that was allowing only 91.9. Right?

West Virginia rushed for 349.
